Single Point FM understands well that owner-managed condo/home owners association’s repair and maintenance needs can be time consuming and difficult.

SPFM specializes in the facilities management of associations that choose to be owner-managed. We work directly with the owners or a designated person to provide expert advice and quality workmanship for the proper maintenance of the property.

SPFM is a single point of contact for minor repairs or as a project manager for a larger project. We can work on an as-needed basis or design a program with services that meet your needs on an on-going basis.
